Who are the services for?
Most of our clients are design/web companies and freelance developers who want to outsource their design conversion to HTML conversion process for various reasons. We also deal with companies who build their own websites in-house.
How fast do you deliver your code?
This depends on the number of pages to be converted and their complexity, however we always give you an estimated delivery time beforehand, after carefully examining the designs you want us to convert.
Do you also adjust the code after delivery?
We are perfectionists ourselves and will check and double check everything to make sure that everything works as it should, nonetheless we are also human, so if you notice something doesn't work as it should we will adjust the code until it works correctly. If the adjustments needed are additions to the original design a small fee will be needed to cover the extra work.
In which browser will the code be tested?
We test our converted pages in the following browsers:
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6+
  • Opera 9+
  • Safari
Who owns the copyright for the code produced?
We work in the background for you and leave no reference back to us in the code. Moreover you own all the code produced for your conversion.
Can you create print stylesheets?
Yes, we can also create stylesheets for printing, just give us a sample of how you'd like your page to look when printed, and we'll create a stylesheet which will output your content as required when the user prints it out.
Do you support sIFR?
Yes, we have extensive experience with the Cufon or sIFR font replacement techniques. You will need to provide us with the font source files.
Do you keep a copy of my pages?
We usually keep a copy of most of projects for a limited time period. However we advise you to keep a copy yourself as backup in a safe location as soon as you receive the code from us.

What are the payment options?
All payments are conducted through Paypal, which is a secure and straightforward online payment service.

Yes we are partners with an excellent web host, just ask us for help on this and we'll gladly oblige.
What file formats do you accept?
We accepts your designs in the PSD, AI, PNG, JPG or GIF formats. A layered PSD file however is the best format.
Please include custom fonts if necessary.
Can I pay in currencies other than Euro?
Yes we also accept GBP and USD, just let us know and we will convert our price to one of these currencies.
How do you deliver your work?
We zip all necessary files and deliver to you via email or via access to our client section.
When do I pay?
We'd usually demand a 50% upfront payment. If you have a big order and would like to arrange a custom arrangment just get in touch and we'll negotiate a suitable payment plan.
